Definitions

New Policy

An insurance policy purchased under the agency of Tony Moore at MOORE Health & Protection Ltd that is either new to the insurance market or switching from another insurance provider.

Insurance Completion

The point when your insurance provider appointed via MOORE Health & Protection Ltd provides a policy schedule to confirm the policy has started.

Reward

The customer is entitled to a £50 Amazon voucher as long as these terms and conditions have been followed.

Terms and conditions

1. This offer is open to members of the North Cheshire Chamber of Commerce who purchase a new policy through MOORE Health & Protection Ltd.
2. The customer must:
   • Have remained on cover for 3 months from the start date of the new policy
   • Meet all of the qualifying criteria and other clauses in this Amazon Voucher Promotion Terms and Conditions

Qualifying criteria

3. Offer is only valid if the customer isn’t an existing client or prospect – i.e. someone already known to MOORE Health & Protection Ltd.
4. To achieve the Amazon Voucher reward, the customer must have paid 3 months of premiums from the new policy to the insurance provider.
5. The range of Insurance Policies that will qualify for the Insurance Referral Reward are:
   • Private Medical Insurance
   • Life Insurance
   • Income Protection
   • Critical Illness Cover
   • Key Person Insurance
   • Shareholder Protection
   • Death in Service
   • Group Cash Plans

Non qualifying criteria

6. Customer(s) that are not a member of North Cheshire Chamber of Commerce.

Vouchers

7. If all the conditions above are met, then the customer will receive a £50 Amazon voucher.
8. Vouchers will be issued within 30 days of MOORE Health & Protection Ltd being formally notified of three successful payments through the customer’s insurance provider.
9. The customer will be notified using the registered email held by MOORE Health & Protection Ltd.
10. Use of the Amazon voucher is subject to Amazon’s own gift voucher terms and conditions.
11. Vouchers must be kept safely and securely. MOORE Health & Protection Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud.
12. The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Other conditions

13. MOORE Health & Protection Ltd accepts no responsibility for being unable to offer a service to the customer.
14. In the event of any disputes regarding the Amazon Voucher Promotion, the decision of MOORE Health & Protection Ltd is final.
15. MOORE Health & Protection Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer by amending these terms and conditions or withdraw this offer at any time.
